St. George of the Mountain
The 401 steps from the harbor lead to St. George of the Mountain (Vouno or Vounion), with breathtaking views. It is located in the area of Palaiokastro and is surrounded by huge natural plaques. Inside the monastery there is a catacomb, as well as the temple of Saint Charalambous.
