St. Panteleimon

The monastery of Agios Panteleimonas (Saint Panteleimon) in Nisyros is located on the south side of the island, just before Avlaki beach. The whitewashed chapel is built away from the residential area. Surrounded by a large courtyard where the traveler can rest and enjoy the tranquility of the landscape.

Every year, on July 26 and 27, a feast is held in honor of Saint Panteleimon.
